; President, 2018; Board of Governors, 2016-2019; Fellow, 2008-present• Julie has extensive experience advising community associations through everyday issues, document amendments, reviewing and negotiating contracts, enforcing covenants, defending Fair Housing Act claims, as well as handling insurance defense, collections, and bankruptcy cases.

Julie has also been designated a Georgia Super Lawyer in Real Estate by her peers and was named to the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Georgia in 2021.

Julie also regularly assists Boards of Directors with parliamentary procedure for annual and special meetings and enjoys keeping Boards up-to-date on hot topics and trends within community association law.

An active member of the Community Associations Institute CAI since 1997, Julie has served CAI at every level.

Julie was a shareholder and the managing partner of the community association practice at WNCW.
